WhatWill AI is an AI deployment and automation practice based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We help businesses adopt AI agents and workflow automation. For privacy enquiries, contact us at privacy@what-will.ai.
This policy covers the what-will.ai marketing website. It applies under both the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you use the WhatWill client portal, a separate privacy policy applies there.
We collect information you provide directly when you fill out our contact form: your name, email address, company name, and the message you submit. We do not collect payment information directly — any future billing is handled by third-party processors.
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can help your business, and follow up on our conversations. Our lawful basis under GDPR is legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
This website uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how visitors use the site. These tools collect anonymised usage data (page views, performance metrics) and do not track individuals across websites. No cookies are used for advertising or tracking.
Contact form submissions are transmitted securely over HTTPS and stored in our internal systems. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Data is stored in the EU/EEA.
We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch DPA) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, and may complain to the OAIC at oaic.gov.au. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@what-will.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
This website is hosted on Vercel (US/EU). Contact form data may be processed through third-party services we use to manage business operations. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and we select providers who meet appropriate data protection standards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated prominently on this site.
