I have spent eleven years in digital, a lot of it running advertising at a scale you cannot do by hand. Hundreds of locations, tens of thousands of products. The only way through it was to build systems, so I did. First for myself, then for my team, then for the rest of the business.
When AI arrived I caught myself doing the same thing. Building tools for my own business, then for friends, then for clients. At some point it was fairly obvious this was the job.
Most AI firms lead with the technology and get to your business second. I go the other way. I look at how you actually work first, then decide whether AI is even the right tool, and if it is, what is worth building.
Every client I take on, I do myself, from the first call to the day it goes live. Nothing gets handed to a junior. The person you speak to is the person who builds it.

There is a cap on how many clients we run at once. That is not us being precious, it is how the work stays good. Everyone gets proper attention rather than a slice of someone who is stretched too thin.
