The first call

Output: A straight answer on whether we are a fit, and which option suits you.
Mapping how you work
3–5 daysWe go deeper. We follow your main jobs end to end, spot the tasks that repeat, look at the tools you already pay for, and work out where AI would actually save you money. This is where the real wins get separated from the nice-to-haves.
Output: A ranked list of what to do first, with what each one is worth.
The proposal
2–3 daysWe write it down: what we'll build, how it will work, what we need from you, and what good looks like. Priced clearly. No fine print about what is and is not included.
Output: A signed agreement and a start date.
Build
2–5 weeksWe build it. You get on with your business. You can see progress whenever you want without having to manage any of it, and we check in at the points that matter.
Output: A working system, ready to test.
Test it properly
1 weekWe run it against real situations from your business. You look at what comes out. We keep adjusting until it does what it should. Nothing goes live until you have signed it off.
Output: A tested system you have approved.
Go live
1–2 daysWe turn it on. We watch it closely for the first 48 hours, review how it went, and fix anything straight away. You will know how it is performing before we call this done.
Output: A live system doing the work.

Everything you might want to know
How long does it take from the first call to going live?
Most builds are live within 4 to 6 weeks of the first call. Mapping and scoping is usually 1 to 2 weeks, then the build starts straight after. Trickier integrations can take longer. We scope it properly and tell you upfront if it is going to run long.
What do you need from us while you build?
Access to your tools, and someone who can answer questions and look at what we produce at the key points. We keep the demand on your time low. Usually 1 to 2 hours a week during the build.
Do we need anyone technical to work with you?
No. That is the whole point. We do the technical part. You tell us about your business and what is driving you mad, and we turn that into something that works. No coding, no prompting, nothing to learn.
What AI tools or providers do you work with?
We are not tied to anyone. We pick based on what is right for your situation, whether that is the big providers like OpenAI and Anthropic, an automation platform, or a tool built for your industry. If you want help working that out before committing to anything, that is what the consulting option is for.
What if it does not work the way we expected?
We keep working on it. Every build gets tested and reviewed before it goes live. On Fully Managed, we are watching it, so we usually catch problems before you do. If something is not working, we fix it. That is the deal.
Can we start with one thing and add more later?
Yes, and we usually suggest it. Start with the one job that eats the most time. You see something real quickly, you get a feel for how it works, and we have a clean baseline to build the next one on.
